Mangu with Salami, Fried Cheese and Fried Eggs

Ingredients

HOW TO MAKE IT 1. Put water to boil and add 2tbs of salt. 2. Cut and peel the green plantains and cut in about 6 to 8 pieces and put into boiling water for approximately 15 minutes. 3. When boiled drain hot water and add 3 spoons of butter and 1/2 cup of cold water and mash plantains as if it was mashed potatoes. 4. When is well mashed put on the side. 5. Fry the 2 eggs. 6. Cut 2 slices of salami Higueral and fry until desired. 7. Cut 2 slices of queso Tropical and fry it. 8. Also fry desired amount of onions. 9. Once everything is cooked serve in plate and enjoy!
