How To Make It 1. In a skillet heat oil on medium. Cook the ground beef and add all the seasonings. Let it cook for about 15 minutes and then add the raisins. 2. When discos are defrosted and at room temperature take one at a time and spoon about 1 tsp of the meat mixture into the middle, fold over, moisten edges and seal with a fork. 3. In a saucepan pour enough oil that will cover the empanadas. When oil is very hot fry the empanadas and turn both sides until golden. Take out, drain on paper towel. 4. Serve and enjoy!
